keep the surface on the pc 1.42

hello everybody
i did not set a password therefore i am able to check things out
now: i did a setup where i use my pc as “monitor mixer”
it is really great, as said in the manual i was able to change the surface/view of the “monitor mixer” (my pc)to mach better for monitor purposes BUT i dont know how to save the surface setting…
i closed editor reopened and it was back to default
any hints welcome

Hi Dave

I assume you are running online to a Mix Rack only; try getting your Monitor strip layout setup the way you want it, then going to Scenes, find an unused scene. Then click Edit. Next store “Strip Assignments” in a scene by Clicking “Add”.

Then when you next run your Editor, just recall the scene with your strip assignments in it.
