    Hey guys,

I’m new to dLive and have a newbie question. How do you go about connecting two Surfaces to one MixRack? I will be using one S7000, one C3500 and one DM-48. The S7000 will be used for FOH mix and the C3500 will be used for recording/streaming. What is the most preferred way to connect the two?

After some research it looks like I just need to add a gigaACE card to the DM-48. Please chime in if this is not correct or the most efficient route.

Yep, you’ve got it. One surface becomes the primary and one the secondary. Probably be best to have the s7000 at FOH as the primary (plugged into the MixRack directly) and put the C3500 on the GigaAce card as the secondary surface.

If you haven’t already, take a look at our dLive Multi-Surface Guide:

You should find most, if not all, of the information you require in there!
