    Hi,having problems with my C2500 after update to 1.9.Cant use the Dantecard in C2500 but moving it to CDM32 works right away.Phones output has a digital ticking sound and dont output any pfl/afl.The usb recordings 2 trk show up as correct files but have no audio.Mixing a show with CDM32 and the C2500 and microphones is no problem….Is it possible to just update 1.9 again?Thanks.

    Hi Jeppe,

    Can you confirm you recalled your Show file after the firmware update, as that’s always recommended?
    And are the issues present when loading a template Show?
    If so, please raise a ticket with our Support team at support.allen-heath.com and we can look into this for you.
    Please include your Logs and any error shown in the Home screen.

    Loaded showfile and still the same.Loaded foh showfile and still the same.Rma started with Benum in sweden.Have a show next week so a will try to manage untill after that show.Benum have no loaners on hand.Will send logs as soon as im back in the store.Thanks.
