The exact models are not on the approved list. However I doubt that “not on the approved list” is the issue here as the symptoms are consistent across a variety of devices. Reading/writing to the hard drive does work OK – it’s just that the FAT32 partition table that the QuDrive formatting is producing is slightly iffy…
