Hi all, I think this will require some degree of qualification before we can verify the cause of the fault.

@philt80 + @vaughank1, can you verify the nvidia gpu model numbers you were using for us please?

@ljefe, can you verify that this is the same issue and it is definitely caused by phantom pwr?

@autofahrn, Andreas, can you also verify the nvidia gpu units you are using please?
