Like Dick said,
I have a small case with four Art S8 splitters and they work and sound very nice!
The only crazy thing is all the extra XLR cables it takes to connect everything, but you’re only dealing with a max of 16 so that ain’t bad. I made some 8 channel fan to fan color coded snakes for my splitters and they keep things tidy.
eBay has lots of these S8 splitters for cheap.
