Hi Narek,

The preamps on dLive are a new design, though very similar to iLive, they improve the linearity with line level sources thanks to an active PAD circuit. This coupled with the higher sample rate and new processing engine results in a very transparent sound. The feedback we are getting from early adopters regarding sound quality is fantastic.

The 4 GEQ models are the same as iLive, we might add extra bands in future however this is not highest priority to be honest. Do you really need a graphic below 30Hz / above 16kHz?
