are you using an amplifier for those monitors?
If you are, then it could be the amp, and it could also be the processing if any before the amp.

If you are using powered monitors and the sound appeared in two monitors, then we can not blame it on monitors,
it can only be something wrong with the console or stage box…. AR2412, AR84 or Audiorack.
