I’m currently using a San Disk Cruzer Fit 32. Seems to work well, both playback and record. The hard part is keeping track of it if you remove it from the board ; ) Cost about $15 US.
Also worthy of note: the Qu is a USB 2.0 interface NOT 3.0, so I would expect issues with backward compatibility with some 3.0 devices.
