So the meter is registering the same signal level on Mix1 and on Mix 2.

But when you plug a speaker between them it provides a “sane” output for Mix 2 and virtually nothing for Mix 1?

If that’s the case then I’d suggest there is an issue with the board output. Can you get hold of (for test purposes) a stagebox?

Looking at the system block diagram the meter is *the* last item in the processing chain before the DAC
