I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems.

The code changes discussed above were introduced in V1.12 so you already have them.

The procedure for the log file cleanup is simply to power cycle the desk.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, there is something else at play.

Either way it would be best to contact Allen & Heath Tech Support and open a ticket so your issue can be investigated.
