Update on the Thomann snake – it’s not reliable, did a show tonight where the snake was suffering with a high number of audio clicks and drop outs. QoS errors all over the place. Couldn’t do a show with it, no question. Had to resolve the issue by moving the console next to the stageboxes and using the A&H provided cables. It may work in optimum conditions but I would not recommend using it as your only choice. Sorry but this isn’t the low cost ethernet cable you are looking for I’m afraid…
