I once had a white screen at startup but no messages.
Was a problem with the backup battery CR20xx
Replaced it and had to enter BIOS setup to change screen resolution.(think 800×640)
Worked after that.
Only problem is that the battery is solderd to the SBC board.
You need some soldering skills. Connected leads with a battery holder so i can replace it easy next time.
