I only have Reaper running, killed everything else off. I’ve also gone up to 6ms. I have no USB recording going on the desk, and am streaming to disk. What is your buffer setting in the Reaper? What latency setting are you using?
I get the static every few seconds, no clicking that would indicate a clock issue.
