Um, I definitely switched ethernet cables before switching computers, ilive systems, harddrives, etc. The chances of 4, pre-built, ethernet cables (that I tested with a Cat5E tester) being bad is slim to none.

OK, then can you try with another card from an A&H rep…..or meet with a rep that has a similar install?? I remember my first try with a M-MMo card was not successful and a replacement card worked fine…….as the card is sold through A&H I would imagine they would somehow service it in any way they can, so if you haven’t already please submit a ticket to A&H service ….also you might want to look in this thread to see if it addresses your issues….http://iliveforum.allen-heath.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1617
