Hi All,

Just a heads-up that Qu-Pad V1.91 will soon be available on the App Store. V1.91 fixes a bug where the I/O patch screen could sometimes display an erroneous patch.

Qu-Pad V1.91 is compatible with V1.90 firmware.

Downloaded and installed. Mixer (Qu-32) is fully updated with v. 1.9 & QuPad 1.91.

IOS @ 9.3.2. Everything seems fine.

I have latest firmware and QU-PAD version but only got it to connect once but never again.
I can connect to my router but the mixer doesn’t show up to connect to.
Not sure if the QU-PAC is getting an IP address.
Any help would be appreciated.

Is your QU pac firmware up to date? Your iPad would have most likely updated automatically and you will need to update the firmware of your QU for them to connect.

How hard would it be to make prior versions of Qu-Pad able to be reinstalled? Like a roll-back. This auto update is killing us all. There has got to be a better way to allow for coordinated, manual updates of both the device and the app. (see my post in the features thread: https://community.allen-heath.com/forums/topic/user-defined-qu-pad-app-settings-screen )
