    me again 🙂
i am wondering if it’s possible to control the pre-gains of an USB recordings (via the 24-channel interface) separately from the actual channels gain.
quite often i am experiencing clipping in my DAW, eventhough the channels sound decently levelled on the main mix.

    Hi Benniii,

First I would suggest using the direct out for USB recording rather than the insert send. You can change this by going to Setup > IO Patch > USB Audio and pressing the CH/ST/Grp source so it says Direct Outs.

Each channel has it’s own direct out trim. So select a channel you would like to attenuate, and then press the Routing key, you can trim the level here.

    Thanks!

    Alex
