This morning’s webinar told us that the personal monitor app for smartphone/tablet is not being developed. We spent our budget leaving out ME-1 personal monitors because we were told that a personal monitor app would be available.

Please, please develop the app – it would make such a difference to us, and was one reason for choosing dLive.

Any seconders? They said they would develop it if there was demand.

Big +1 on the personal monitor app.

Would make a huge difference for our use case.

+1 here too! The QU series has this facility, so why not for the dLive series?! I was extremely disappointed to hear that the monitor app wasn’t to be developed.

+1 this is essentially a deal breaker with me on dlive. Which is a shame, ilive had it and Qu series has it. The x32/m32 system has it. Not everyone can afford an ipad to mix their own IEM’S on but everyone has a smart phone.

Correct. The iPad app is outstanding. I want an iPhone version since most people don’t have cash to throw around to have their own iPad just to mix IEM’s. Since the software already exists you just have to change up the design to work on a phone screen. Also if you’ve built it correctly it would be incredibly easy to release a port for Android also. Maybe I’m dreaming but you can’t deny the flexibility it offers.

Thats really frustrating, I assumed this already existed…
Allen Heath have always been horrible at App development, they are always way behind and inconsistent.
To keep up with the competition they really need to get this sorted…
