I wish you could do what you can on other consoles. What I would like is when you click select or mix on a DCA it bring up the faders that are associated with that DCA.
brands have a feature that that.
    You should also
Or where you can pull up custom layers that are different than normal layers. Kind of like a Tile

the whole console is configurable, every layer can has it’s own layout
but the spill feature would be nice

but there are some threads about this already

Just to expand slightly on what Steffen said, this is a workaround to create pop-group-like keys:
    – set up different layouts of the surface with the strips you want in each
    – save each one as a Scene
    – use the Recall Filter for each Scene to block everything, with the exception of the Strip Assigns
    – these Scenes will now recall different surface layouts and nothing else
    – assign a bunch of SoftKeys to recall these Scenes
    – check SoftKeys are safe in the global Scene Safes, so their assignments doesn’t vary with every Scene you recall

An alternative to the Scene Recall on SoftKey is the combo function Sel Mix PAFL Scene. Monitor engineers love this because with a single button press you can:
    – Select an Aux master (for example to tweak the wedge GEQ)
    – Select the same Aux as the active Mix (sends on faders)
    – Activate PAFL on the same Aux
    – Recall a specific Scene with a strip layout dedicated to that Aux (typically just the channel contributing to the monitor send)

I like the 2nd method there. I use it to make the GLD behave like the Qu.
