    Even with the global filter blocking changes to the custom layer, changes to any scene’s custom layer are still affecting every scene. Is there anyone who has different custom layers for different scenes as I can’t figure out how to do that.

    If you want different custom layers with each scene, then

      don’t

    block changes.

    I have the same issue. I do not have anything blocked
