    Good day all.
Searched a bit but not found too much reference.” Eurocable touring grade cat6 stp Data cable LK cat6 “. Any one with any experience with this? Will it perform for use as dsnake in place of cat 5 we normally talk about. Thoughts? Ideas? Good to use or not.

I use GLS RJ45 Cat 6 cable with my D Snake and QU-PAC all the time with zero issues.

If it handles Ethernet (100Mbit) then it should be fine.

I am getting ready to purchase the AR2412 to connect via dSnake to QU-24 board. Can I use CAT 6 instead of CAT 5? If so, any recommendations?

    Thanks

As I said in the post above…

Are the GLS Ethernet cables fairly flexible? They look a bit rigid and plastic from the photos.

If its this cable: GLS Audio RJ45 CAT6 Cable
then I won’t expect too much flexibility since its a solid core.

The GLS isn’t as flexible as a high end mic cable but it is about the same flexibility as my CBI cat 5 cable. Easy enough to run around and through obstacles on stage. I over/under them easily into a 9-10″ loop to store if that helps.
